  • The warranty period

    The warranty period of the product is calculated from the day of its sale.

    The guarantee for snowboard and ski equipment is valid for one season and ends on March 15 of the current season from the moment of purchase. Of course, only if there is no mechanical damage to the product and it was used correctly for its intended purpose.

    The warranty for clothes and shoes is valid for 3 months or until the end of the current season from the moment of purchase (until March 15 for winter, until September 15 for summer). WARNING! The warranty does not apply to accessories.

    Accessories, backpacks, warranty 3 months (except accessories).

  • How to to exchange or return a good

    In order to exchange or return a good quality product, you need to come to our store during working hours, bring the product/goods, the sales receipt you received upon purchase, and your passport.

    Within 14 days from the date of purchase of the product (not counting the date of purchase) - You can return the product that has not been used, tags and labels have not been torn or cut off, packaging in the same form as when purchased, product appearance and consumer properties have been preserved, and it is not in the list of goods that cannot be exchanged or returned:

    Exchange for a similar one without recalculating the cost

    Exchange for any other with a corresponding transfer of value

    Return and receive the funds paid for it.

    How to assess the preservation of the product appearance: In good lighting, without the use of special means, the product should not have visible signs of use, in the form of small scratches, scuffs, and even more so bends, dents or cracks, etc. It is easiest to assess whether the product appearance has been preserved by answering the question: "Would I buy this product in its new condition?"

    If you paid by card in our store and want to return the funds, the return is made to the same card from which the payment was made.

    If the payment was made in cash, it is better to notify us in advance (a day or two before the visit) that you want to return the goods, so that we can prepare the cash for the return in time. Upon termination of the sales contract, settlements with the consumer are made based on the value of the product at the time of its purchase. The funds paid for the goods are returned to the consumer on the day of termination of the contract, and in the event that it is impossible to return the money on the day of termination of the contract - at another time agreed upon by the parties, but no later than seven days.

    If you received the product by Nova Poshta and paid 100% of the order price, want to return or exchange it, all transportation costs are at your expense. WARNING! Funds paid to our FOP card are returned exclusively using the IBAN details of your card.

    Partial prepayment paid for postpaid orders is non-refundable. This is the payment of delivery and the return of your order in the event that you did not pick up the order.

    The list of goods of appropriate quality that are not subject to exchange (return) is provided for by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 19, 1994 No. 172 "On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights":
